Pret to pay compensation to family of Celia Marsh after fatal allegic reaction

Celia Marsh died in December 2017 after eating a Pret flatbread that had been labelled as Vegan but was later found to contain of dairy. The Family of Celia Marsh, who suffered a fatal allergic reaction to milk in December 2017 after eatinga flatbrad from Pret a Manger, will be paid £1.25m in compensation.
